Where do you ship, and how much does delivery cost?

We offer free shipping across the UAE on every order for Explicit line, and 15AED for the Revival Pre-Loved items. Shipping above 150AED for Revival Items is free. International shipping starts from 25 AED and varies with the weight, volume and destination of your order, and is free on international orders over 750 AED.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered in 2 to 5 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

There are no extra duties on orders within the UAE. For international orders, any customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. All prices include VAT where applicable but exclude international customs duties.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We accept returns on damaged items within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. For a damaged item you can choose store credit or a replacement of the same piece. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons other than damage. To start a return, email info@3xplicit.com.

What sizes do you offer, and how do your pieces fit?

Our pieces are designed unisex, with a relaxed, boxy cut and dropped shoulders for an easy streetwear silhouette. Check the size guide on each product page for measurements; if you are between sizes or prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down.

Are your clothes really sustainable?

Yes. EXPLICIT is built around conscious, sustainable fashion. Every piece is designed in-house with a focus on quality and ethical production, and our Undo Line lets one garment become several, so you can buy less and wear more.

What is the Undo Line?

The Undo Line is our signature convertible collection. Using detachable sleeves, collars and harnesses, a single garment restyles into several looks, so one Undo piece can give you up to four ways to wear it. It is our answer to dressing in layers without the bulk, and to buying more sustainably.

How do I care for my pieces?

Care varies by fabric, from our structured cottons to handmade crochet. Follow the care label on each garment and the guidance on our Care Instructions page to keep your pieces looking their best.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with all major credit and debit cards through our checkout. Your full order total, including any applicable VAT, is shown clearly before you confirm payment.
