Returns

• We accept returns for damaged goods within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@3xplicit.com to initiate the return process.
• You will have two options for returns:
• Store Credit: You can opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. The store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
• Replacement: Alternatively, you can choose to receive the same undamaged article as a replacement for the damaged item.
• Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons other than damage.

Refund Process

• If you choose store credit, it will be issued to your account upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the undamaged article to you as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
